Data Deletion
How to remove Remuzy's access to your Meta account and have your data deleted. Both steps are yours to take at any time; neither requires a reason.
1. Remove the app from your Facebook account
This cuts Remuzy's access to your ad account immediately. Open Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find Remuzy and choose Remove. You can do the same from Instagram or from Meta Business Suite under Settings → Integrations.
After that the app can no longer read or change anything in your ad account. Campaigns the app created stay in your account, because they are yours — you can keep, pause or delete them in Ads Manager.
2. Ask us to delete what we hold
Send an email to info@remuzy.com with the subject "Delete my data" from the address you used to sign up. We will delete your account, access tokens, connected account identifiers, campaign records and statistics within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.
If you only joined the early-access list and never used the app, the same email removes your address from the list.
What we cannot delete
Anything that lives inside your own Meta ad account — campaigns, ad sets, ads, audiences, billing history — is stored by Meta, not by us. Removing the app ends our access to it; deleting it is done in Ads Manager under your own account.
We keep the minimum records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, for the statutory period.
