Who provides the service

Remuzy is provided by Cho Ku Rei OÜ, registry code 16092547, Estonia.

What the service is

Remuzy helps you set up and screen Meta ad campaigns for a music release inside your own Meta ad account. The app connects to that account with your permission, creates campaigns from a fixed method, reads their statistics and shows them to you.

Your ad spend is billed by Meta to the payment method in your own ad account. We never handle your advertising budget and never charge for ads.

Everything the app creates is created paused. Whether to run it, for how long and with what budget is your decision, made in the app or in Ads Manager.

Beta

The app is in a private beta: access is by invitation, the service is free for the duration of the beta, and features may change or be withdrawn without notice. If we introduce paid plans later, we will tell you in advance and you will be able to stop using the service before any charge.

The beta is provided as is. We work carefully, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors, available at all times, or that any campaign will achieve a particular result. Advertising outcomes depend on Meta, your audience and your creative.

Your responsibilities

You must have the right to use the ad account, Facebook Page and creative you connect or upload. Your ads must comply with Meta’s Advertising Standards and the laws that apply to you.

Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account and for reviewing campaigns before you enable them.

Your data and your account

How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect your Meta account at any time from inside the app or from your Facebook settings, and you can ask us to delete your Remuzy account as described on the data deletion page.

We may suspend or close an account that is used to break these terms or Meta’s rules.

Liability and law

To the extent the law allows, Cho Ku Rei OÜ is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue or advertising spend arising from use of the beta. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Changes to the terms will be published on this page with a new date.
