Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Remuzy collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website and the Remuzy app. We keep it short on purpose; if anything is unclear, write to info@remuzy.com.

Who we are

Remuzy is operated by Cho Ku Rei OÜ, registry code 16092547, Estonia. We are the data controller for the data described below. Contact: info@remuzy.com.

This website

The only data this site collects is what you type into the early-access form: your email address. We use it for one purpose — to write to you once when there is something real to try. No newsletter, no drip campaign.

To keep the form free of spam we store a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser identifier for the sign-up. The raw IP address is not stored.

There are no analytics scripts, advertising pixels or third-party trackers on this site.

Form data is stored with Supabase in the European Union (Frankfurt). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may see your IP address when the page loads.

The app

The Remuzy app is in private beta. You can start without an account: the app opens a guest session in your browser. For your track you give us its title, artist name, genre, a Spotify link or release date, and the audio file you upload. The file is stored in our file storage and analysed by our own analysis service to find tempo, energy, the song’s structure and the sung words — we separate the vocals and transcribe them to locate the chorus, and you can check and correct the lyrics. All of this runs on our own servers, no outside speech or AI service receives your audio; nobody listens to it and it is not used to train any model.

If you add your own videos for the ads, they are stored in the same file storage and used only for your campaigns.

For a released track we look up public track details from Spotify — title, artists, release date, ISRC and cover art. We do not connect to your Spotify account and do not see listening data.

After the analysis we ask for your email so you can come back to the project. We use it only for messages about your project — the link back to it, email confirmation and your campaign. We do not send product news or marketing to this address unless you separately ask for them.

To connect an ad account you save the project to an account — with your email or with Google. With Google we receive only your name and email address; we get no access to anything else in your Google account.

Connecting your Meta ad account: the app asks Meta for permission to see your business portfolios, ad accounts and Facebook Pages, to read your campaigns and their statistics, and to create and edit campaigns in the ad account you choose. We ask for these permissions because setting up and screening your campaigns is what the app does; we do not use them for anything else.

What we store: your account details (email, artist name, time zone), your projects (track details, the uploaded audio and its analysis including the lyrics, the videos you upload or choose, links and campaign settings), the access token Meta issues to the app (encrypted at rest), the identifiers of the ad account and Pages you connect, and the campaigns the app creates or reads on your behalf together with their performance statistics.

What we do not do: we never publish posts in your name, we do not change your creative, budget or settings without your approval, and we do not sell or share your data with anyone outside the services needed to run the app — hosting (Vercel), database and file storage (Supabase, European Union), audio analysis (Railway), sign-in with Google (Google) and email delivery (Resend, European Union).

Your ad account stays yours. Ad spend goes from your card straight to Meta; we never handle your ad budget and take no share of it.

Release pages and fan contacts

Before a track comes out, its release page can ask listeners for an email address to get one email on the release day. The form says exactly that next to the button, and nothing happens until you press it.

We send that single email on the artist’s behalf through Resend, with a link to unsubscribe, and do not use the address for anything else — no newsletter, no marketing, nothing from other artists. The address is stored with the artist’s project in Supabase (European Union).

The address is never sent to Meta. If you allowed the page’s Meta pixel, Meta learns only that someone signed up on that page, so the artist’s ads can find similar listeners.

We keep the address until 30 days after the release-day email, or until you unsubscribe or ask us at info@remuzy.com.

How long we keep data

Early-access sign-ups: until we write to you and you either join or ask to be removed. App data, including uploaded audio: for as long as your account or guest project exists, and up to 30 days after you delete it or ask us to. Access tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect your Meta account.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict how we use it, receive a copy, or withdraw consent. Write to info@remuzy.com from the address you signed up with and we will answer within 30 days. If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee) or your local supervisory authority.

Changes

If we change what we collect or why, we update this page and the date at the top. For changes that affect app users we will also tell you by email.
